كيف يتعامل سيفو مع بيانات عائلتكHow Saifo handles your family's data

لا حسابات ولا تسجيل دخول، ولا إعلانات، ولا بيع للبيانات.
لا يُستخدم الذكاء الاصطناعي إلا بعد موافقة وليّ الأمر، ويمكن إيقافه في أي وقت.
لا يحفظ التطبيق صوت طفلك ولا صوره.
ذاكرة سيف وسجل المحادثات على جهازك، ويمكنك الاطلاع عليهما وحذفهما.

1. من نحن

يقع مقرّ تطبيق «سيفو» (Saifo) («نحن») في دبي، الإمارات العربية المتحدة. تشرح هذه السياسة البيانات التي يتعامل معها تطبيق سيفو لأجهزة iPhone وiPad وهذا الموقع، وكيف نتعامل معها. للتواصل معنا: support@saifo.app.

2. الأطفال وموافقة وليّ الأمر

صُمّم سيفو للأطفال من 5 إلى 12 سنة، ويُستخدم بموافقة وليّ الأمر. لا يحتاج التطبيق إلى حساب أو تسجيل دخول.

يطلب التطبيق موافقة وليّ الأمر قبل أي استخدام للذكاء الاصطناعي. ويمكن لوليّ الأمر إيقاف خدمات الذكاء الاصطناعي في أي وقت من «ركن الوالدين»، وعندها تبقى القصص والألعاب والقرآن الكريم والتذكيرات تعمل.

3. عندما يتحدث طفلك مع سيف

يمرّ صوت طفلك عبر خادمنا (Cloudflare) إلى OpenAI لتحويل الكلام إلى نص (GPT Transcribe).
يُرسل النص، مع ما يتذكره سيف عن طفلك (مثل الاسم والعمر وما يحبه)، إلى OpenAI لكتابة ردّ سيف (GPT-6 Luna).
عندما يحتاج سيف إلى البحث في الإنترنت ليجيب، تعالج OpenAI ذلك البحث (GPT-5.4 mini).
يُرسل نص ردّ سيف إلى ElevenLabs لتحويله إلى صوت سيف (صوت «Sultan» بنموذج Eleven v4 Turbo). تتلقى ElevenLabs نص الرد فقط، ولا تتلقى صوت طفلك أبدًا.

4. مساعد الواجبات

عندما يصوّر طفلك سؤال الواجب، تمرّ الصورة عبر خادمنا إلى OpenAI لشرحها (GPT-6 Luna) ولفحص السلامة (Omni Moderation). لا تُحفظ الصورة، ولا يبقى على الجهاز إلا ملاحظة قصيرة مثل «واجب: الكسور».

5. الصوت والصور

لا يحفظ التطبيق صوت طفلك ولا صوره. ووفقًا لسياسات OpenAI الخاصة بواجهتها البرمجية، لا تستخدم OpenAI البيانات المرسلة عبر الواجهة البرمجية لتدريب نماذجها، وقد تحتفظ بالطلبات مدة تصل إلى 30 يومًا لمراقبة إساءة الاستخدام، ثم تحذفها.

6. ما يبقى على جهازك

ذاكرة سيف: أشياء بسيطة مثل الاسم والعمر وما يحبه طفلك. لا يحفظ سيف أبدًا العناوين أو أرقام الهواتف أو أسماء المدارس أو كلمات المرور أو الصور أو المعلومات الصحية. يمكن لوليّ الأمر الاطلاع على الذاكرة وحذفها من ركن الوالدين. وإذا كان iCloud مفعّلًا على الجهاز، تُزامَن الذاكرة أيضًا مع حساب iCloud الخاص بعائلتك.
سجل المحادثات: يُحفظ على هذا الجهاز فقط لمدة 30 يومًا، ويمكن لوليّ الأمر قراءته أو مسحه.
الموقع لأوقات الصلاة: يُستخدم على الجهاز فقط.
التذكيرات والتنبيهات: تبقى على الجهاز.

7. إحصاءات الاستخدام المجهولة

لتحسين التطبيق، نجمع إحصاءات مجهولة الهوية عن الشاشات والأزرار التي تُستخدم، مع معرّف عشوائي لعملية التثبيت والدولة المستنتجة من الطلب. لا تتضمن هذه الإحصاءات اسمًا ولا حسابًا ولا صوتًا ولا صورة ولا محادثة، وتُخزَّن على خادمنا لدى Cloudflare. ويمكن لوليّ الأمر إيقافها من ركن الوالدين، ثم «الخصوصية»، ثم «مشاركة الاستخدام بدون هوية».

8. البلاغات

إذا أبلغ وليّ الأمر عن أحد ردود سيف، نتلقى: ذلك الرد، وعبارة الطفل التي سبقته، وملاحظة وليّ الأمر، وإصدار التطبيق، واللغة، والدولة. ولا يتضمن البلاغ اسمًا ولا حسابًا.

9. القصص والقرآن الكريم

تُنزَّل القصص والقرآن الكريم من خوادمنا، ولا تحتوي على أي بيانات شخصية.

10. المشتريات

تتم جميع المشتريات عبر Apple، ولا نطّلع أبدًا على بيانات الدفع.

11. لا إعلانات ولا بيع للبيانات

لا يعرض سيفو إعلانات، ولا نبيع أي بيانات، ولا يحتوي التطبيق على أدوات تحليل أو إعلانات من أطراف ثالثة.

12. مقدمو الخدمات

Cloudflare	خادمنا: تمرّ عبره طلبات الحديث والواجبات، وتُخزَّن عليه الإحصاءات المجهولة، ومنه تُنزَّل القصص والقرآن الكريم.	الطلبات أثناء مرورها، والإحصاءات المجهولة.
OpenAI	تحويل الكلام إلى نص، وكتابة ردود سيف، والبحث في الإنترنت، وشرح الواجبات، وفحص السلامة.	صوت الطفل، ونص الحديث، وما يتذكره سيف عن الطفل، وصور الواجبات.
ElevenLabs	تحويل ردّ سيف إلى صوت.	نص ردّ سيف فقط.
Apple	المشتريات، ومزامنة ذاكرة سيف عبر iCloud إذا كانت مفعّلة.	بيانات الشراء لدى Apple، وذاكرة سيف في حساب iCloud الخاص بعائلتك.

13. خياراتك

إيقاف خدمات الذكاء الاصطناعي: ركن الوالدين، ثم «خدمات الذكاء الاصطناعي».
إيقاف الإحصاءات المجهولة: ركن الوالدين، ثم «الخصوصية».
الاطلاع على ذاكرة سيف وحذفها: ركن الوالدين، ثم «ذاكرة سيف».
قراءة سجل المحادثات ومسحه: ركن الوالدين، ثم «سجل المحادثات».

14. هذا الموقع

لا يستخدم موقع saifo.app ملفات تعريف الارتباط ولا أدوات تتبّع أو تحليل، ولا يحمّل أي محتوى من مواقع أخرى. ويحفظ الموقع اختيارك للغة في متصفحك فقط. ويعالج مزوّد الاستضافة (Cloudflare) البيانات التقنية الأساسية، مثل عنوان IP، لتقديم الموقع وحمايته.

15. التغييرات على هذه السياسة

قد نحدّث هذه السياسة من وقت لآخر. وسننشر أي تغيير في هذه الصفحة ونحدّث تاريخ «آخر تحديث» في أعلاها.

No account or login, no ads, no selling of data.
AI is used only after a parent agrees, and it can be switched off at any time.

1. Who we are

Saifo (“we”) is based in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. This policy explains what data the Saifo app for iPhone and iPad and this website handle, and how. Contact us at support@saifo.app.

2. Children and parental consent

Saifo is made for children aged 5–12 and is used with a parent's consent. There is no account or login.

The app asks for a parent's consent before any AI is used. A parent can switch the AI services off at any time in the Parent corner; stories, games, the Quran and reminders still work when they are off.

3. When your child talks with Saif

Your child's voice goes through our server (Cloudflare) to OpenAI to turn speech into text (GPT Transcribe).
The text, together with what Saif remembers about your child (like name, age and likes), goes to OpenAI to write Saif's answer (GPT-6 Luna).
When Saif needs to look something up on the web to answer, OpenAI handles that look-up (GPT-5.4 mini).
Saif's reply text goes to ElevenLabs to make his voice (the “Sultan” voice, Eleven v4 Turbo). ElevenLabs receives the reply text only, never your child's voice.

4. Homework help

When your child photographs a homework question, the photo goes through our server to OpenAI to be explained (GPT-6 Luna) and to a safety check (Omni Moderation). The photo is not stored; only a short note such as “homework: fractions” stays on the device.

5. Voice and photos

The app does not save your child's voice or photos. Under OpenAI's API policies, OpenAI does not use API data to train its models and may keep requests for up to 30 days for abuse monitoring, then deletes them.

6. What stays on your device

Saif's memory: simple things like your child's name, age and likes. Saif never keeps addresses, phone numbers, school names, passwords, photos or health details. A parent can view and delete the memory in the Parent corner. If iCloud is set up on the device, the memory is also synced to your family's own iCloud account.
Conversation history: kept on this device only, for 30 days. A parent can read or clear it.
Location for prayer times: used on the device only.
Reminders and notifications: stay on the device.

7. Anonymous usage analytics

To improve the app, we collect anonymous analytics about which screens and buttons are used, with a random install ID and the country taken from the request. They contain no name, account, voice, photo or chat, and are stored on our Cloudflare server. A parent can turn them off in the Parent corner under Privacy, “Share anonymous usage”.

8. Reports

If a parent reports one of Saif's replies, we receive that reply, the child's line before it, the parent's note, the app version, the language and the country. A report contains no name or account.

9. Stories and the Holy Quran

Stories and the Quran are downloaded from our servers and contain no personal data.

10. Purchases

All purchases go through Apple. We never see payment details.

11. No ads, no selling of data

Saifo shows no ads, we do not sell any data, and the app contains no third-party analytics or advertising SDKs.

12. Service providers

13. Your choices

Turn off the AI services: Parent corner, then “AI services”.
Turn off anonymous analytics: Parent corner, then “Privacy”.
View and delete Saif's memory: Parent corner, then “Saif's memory”.
Read and clear the conversation history: Parent corner, then “Conversation history”.
To ask about your data or have it deleted, write to support@saifo.app.

14. This website

saifo.app uses no cookies, trackers or analytics and loads nothing from other websites. It remembers your language choice in your own browser only. Our hosting provider (Cloudflare) processes basic technical data, such as IP addresses, to deliver and protect the site.

15. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. We will post any change on this page and update the “Last updated” date at the top.
