يضغط طفلك على زر المايك في أسفل الشاشة الرئيسية، فيتحول إلى اللون الأحمر مع سهم إرسال. يتكلم طفلك، ثم يضغط على الزر مرة أخرى ليرسل، فيردّ سيف بصوته. وإذا ضغط طفلك على الزر أثناء كلام سيف، يتوقف سيف عن الكلام.Your child taps the mic button at the bottom of the home screen. It turns red with a send arrow. Your child speaks, then taps it again to send, and Saif answers out loud. Tapping the button while Saif is talking stops him.

• تأكد من السماح باستخدام الميكروفون: الإعدادات في iPhone أو iPad، ثم Saifo، ثم الميكروفون.Make sure the microphone is allowed: Settings on your iPhone or iPad, then Saifo, then Microphone.

اضغط على زر «عربي / EN» في الشاشة الرئيسية. يتحدث سيف بالعربية باللهجة الخليجية، وبالإنجليزية.Tap the “عربي / EN” button on the home screen. Saif speaks Arabic, in the Gulf dialect, and English.

المجاني: 5 دقائق حديث مع سيف إجمالًا (وليست يومية)، وقصة واحدة قبل النوم، و3 واجبات، و3 تذكيرات، وكل لعبة مرة واحدة. وركن الصلاة مجاني بالكامل.Free: 5 minutes of talk with Saif in total (not per day), 1 bedtime story, 3 homeworks, 3 reminders and each game once. The prayer corner is completely free.

بريميوم: 20 دقيقة حديث يوميًا، حتى 70 دقيقة أسبوعيًا، مع كل القصص والألعاب، ومساعدة في الواجبات وتذكيرات بلا حدود. يُحسب وقت الحديث أثناء كلام طفلك وأثناء ردّ سيف فقط.Premium: 20 minutes of talk a day, up to 70 a week, with every story and game, and unlimited homework help and reminders. Talk time only counts while your child is talking and while Saif is answering.

دقائق إضافية: إذا انتهى وقت الحديث لمشترك بريميوم، يمكن لوليّ الأمر إضافة +20 دقيقة لليوم (10 دراهم) أو +70 دقيقة لهذا الأسبوع (30 درهمًا). ويمكنك أيضًا تحديد وقت أقل من ركن الوالدين، ثم «وقت الكلام والاستراحة».Extra minutes: when a Premium subscriber's talk time runs out, a parent can add +20 minutes for today (AED 10) or +70 minutes for this week (AED 30). You can also set a lower limit in the Parent corner under “Talk time and breaks”.

It turns into a paid subscription (AED 49 a month or AED 490 a year) unless you cancel at least 24 hours before it ends.

افتح صفحة الاشتراك من زر «اشترك» أو «بريميوم» في الشاشة الرئيسية، ثم اضغط على «استرجاع المشتريات». تأكد من أن الجهاز يستخدم حساب Apple ID نفسه الذي اشتريت به.Open the subscribe page from the “Subscribe” or “Premium” button on the home screen, then tap “Restore purchases”. Make sure the device uses the same Apple ID you bought with.

من إعدادات جهازك: الإعدادات، ثم اسمك، ثم الاشتراكات، ثم Saifo. ويمكنك أيضًا الضغط على «إدارة الاشتراك» في صفحة الاشتراك داخل التطبيق. ألغِ الاشتراك قبل 24 ساعة على الأقل من موعد التجديد حتى لا يتجدد.On your device: Settings, then your name, then Subscriptions, then Saifo. You can also tap “Manage subscription” on the subscribe page in the app. Cancel at least 24 hours before the renewal date so it doesn't renew.

اضغط على الترس الذهبي في الشاشة الرئيسية، ثم أدخل رمزك السري.Tap the golden gear on the home screen, then enter your PIN.

في شاشة الرمز السري، اضغط على «نسيت الرمز؟». سيظهر لك سؤال للكبار: عملية ضرب مكتوبة بالكلمات، أجب عنها بالأرقام. بعد الإجابة الصحيحة يُحذف الرمز القديم، وتنشئ رمزًا جديدًا.On the PIN screen, tap “Forgot PIN?”. You'll get a grown-up question: a multiplication written out in words, answered in digits. After the right answer the old PIN is removed and you create a new one.

من ركن الوالدين، اختر «خدمات الذكاء الاصطناعي» وأوقفها. ستبقى القصص والألعاب والقرآن الكريم والتذكيرات تعمل، أما الحديث مع سيف ومساعد الواجبات فيحتاجان إلى تفعيلها.In the Parent corner, choose “AI services” and switch them off. Stories, games, the Quran and reminders keep working; talking with Saif and homework help need them on.

من ركن الوالدين، اختر «ذاكرة سيف». يمكنك رؤية كل ما يتذكره سيف، وحذف أي عنصر، أو حذف الذاكرة كلها بزر «حذف كل الذاكرة».In the Parent corner, choose “Saif's memory”. You can see everything Saif remembers, delete any item, or delete it all with “Delete all memory”.

من ركن الوالدين، اختر «سجل المحادثات». يُحفظ السجل على هذا الجهاز فقط لمدة 30 يومًا، ويمكنك مسحه بزر سلة المهملات في أعلى الشاشة.In the Parent corner, choose “Conversation history”. It's kept on this device only for 30 days, and you can clear it with the bin button at the top.

بجانب كل ردّ من سيف زر «إبلاغ». اضغط عليه وأضف ملاحظتك إن أردت، فنتلقى ذلك الرد وعبارة طفلك التي سبقته وملاحظتك، دون اسم أو حساب.Next to each of Saif's replies there's a “Report” button. Tap it and add a note if you like; we receive that reply, your child's line before it and your note, with no name or account.

من ركن الوالدين، اختر «الخصوصية»، ثم أوقف «مشاركة الاستخدام بدون هوية».In the Parent corner, choose “Privacy”, then turn off “Share anonymous usage”.
